How does the monthly site limit work?
The limit counts the total number of companies exported to CSV across your entire organization in a calendar month. Preview results (the table on screen) are free and don't count. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
What's exported in the CSV — just what I see on screen?
No — the CSV contains all companies matching your filters, not just the preview. If your filter matches 3,400 companies and you're on Solo, you download all 3,400 in one file (counting 3,400 against your 5,000/mo limit).
Why do I need at least one filter to see results?
Without a filter, results would include every site in our database. We require at least one technology filter so searches are targeted — and to prevent bulk scraping of the full database.
