By accessing or using TechSpy (techspy.pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

TechSpy provides intelligence on website technology stacks — what software, frameworks, and tools websites use. Data is collected via automated crawling of publicly accessible websites.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use TechSpy for lawful business purposes including sales prospecting, competitive research, market analysis, and due diligence. You may not:

• Use the service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited bulk email to contacts found in our database
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data in bulk without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, authentication, or rate limiting
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
• Resell or white-label our data without a separate commercial agreement

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

4. Plans and Billing

Free plan limits are subject to change. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on the pricing page. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of charge for annual plans. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Data Accuracy

TechSpy data is collected by automated crawling and may be incomplete or outdated. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data for any particular purpose. Use the data as a starting point, not as a definitive source.

6. Intellectual Property

The TechSpy service, software, and aggregated database are our intellectual property. Individual data points about public websites are facts and not copyrightable, but the compiled database and its presentation are protected. You may not reproduce or distribute our database without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or business decisions made based on our data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TechSpy operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
